1 egg (for a more substantial cookie you can add another egg yolk)
1 stick of butter (1/2 cup)
1 box of Betty Crocker French Vanilla cake mix
Mix ingredients until the dough comes together.
Drop cookie dough into rough tablespoon-size balls onto cookie sheets with parchment paper.
Bake at 350 F for 9-10 minutes, until cookies begin to turn slightly golden brown.
Let the cookies cool, then frost with vanilla buttercream (I turned mine blue), and top with store-bought cotton candy!
These cookies are so quick and easy, and there's almost nothing people love more than a little cotton candy.
