Sprinkles and Donuts

I saw an idea like this on Pinterest and I knew it would be a perfect love note for that special someone...plus who doesn't love donuts and sprinkles?

I created the donut note, added a few extra sprinkles to the donuts, added straws for the milk, and finished with some washi tape and twine.  

Start spreading the love and scatter sprinkles for Valentines!
